In July 2008, Hudson, in partnership with PDS Development, purchased an industrial building in the Gowanus/Park Slope section of Brooklyn, NY. The property contains approximately 101,395 square feet and is currently vacant. The business plan is to make renovations to the property’s interior and exterior and lease it at market rates.
