The Team
Hudson's Principals have an extensive record of successfully investing in real estate together, and have invested a total of over $5.4 billion in direct real estate and underperforming commercial mortgages. The Principals along with a highly experienced team of professionals provide Hudson with a diverse mix of skills including acquiring, originating, financing, operating, servicing and disposing of real estate debt and equity investments in multiple property types.
The team's collective real estate investment experience provides Hudson with a network of relationships with capital market participants that include financial institutions, real estate owners and operators, investment banks, brokers and other intermediaries.

Mr. Herrick is a founding member of Hudson, responsible for raising capital, maintaining and developing relationships with investors, and overseeing the debt portfolio and asset management. Mr. Herrick was co-founder and principal of SWH Funding Corp., and prior to that was co-founder and principal of Realty Holdings of America, a Senior Vice President at Integrated Resources, Inc. and a Vice President and Regional Manager at Citibank. He has originated, structured and asset managed over $2 billion of assets. Mr. Herrick received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University and his B.A. from Michigan State University. |

Mr. Loo is a founding member of Hudson, where he focuses on transactions, business relations and operations, ensuring the origination of profitable business and strong partner relationships. Mr. Loo was a co-founder of Newbridge Realty Capital and, prior to that, a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston where he co-formed the Portfolio Bids Group, which acquired and managed over $3 billion of real estate assets. He previously served as CSFB's primary commercial mortgage whole loan trader and was an original member of the Praedium Recovery Funds. He received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Wesleyan University. |

Mr. Ortiz is a founding member of Hudson, where he concentrates on real estate valuation and acquisition analysis, business relations and portfolio management. He was a co-founder of Newbridge Realty Capital and, prior to that, a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston where he co-formed the Portfolio Bids Group, which acquired and managed over $3 billion of real estate assets. Before joining CSFB, Mr. Ortiz was a Vice President at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and a Senior Consultant for Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Mr. Arman is a founding member of Hudson where he serves as Chief Financial Officer. He was also a founding member of Newbridge Realty Capital, one of Hudson's predecessor companies. Previously, Mr. Arman served as a Vice President at CSFB and a member of their Portfolio Bids Group, as well as Portfolio Financial Manager for the J. E. Robert Companies and Operational Manager for a regional residential Re/Max broker. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche as a Staff Accountant. Mr. Arman received his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his B.B.A. from Iona College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. |

Mr. Demirdache joined Hudson in November 2003 as a Director and currently serves as managing director responsible for acquisitions, origination and investment management, as well as overseeing equity assets and partner relationships. Previously, he was a Vice President at The Praedium Group/CSFB, responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring fund investments. Prior to that, he worked with The Trump Organization and The Galbreath Company. Mr. Demirdache has underwritten, structured and managed assets in excess of $700 million. He received his M.S. in Real Estate from Columbia University and his B.A. in Land Economics from McMaster University in Canada. |

Mr. Garfield joined Hudson at its formation in March 2003 as a Managing Director in charge of new loan originations, business development and business relations. Mr. Garfield has been instrumental in the company achieving dominance in the middle-market, opportunistic real estate investment arena. Led by Garfield's originations, HRC has closed more than $2 billion in debt and equity transactions since the formation of its initial two funds. Before joining HRC, Mr. Garfield spent 12 years in the real estate industry with an emphasis on real estate investment and finance. He received his Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University and his B.S. from the University of Colorado. |

Ms. Lewis joined Hudson in March 2006 as a Managing Director, overseeing the in-depth underwriting and due diligence of all transactions. She was also managing member of Questor, which has provided due diligence and underwriting services for over an estimated $30 billion in non-performing and performing real estate loans, as well as real estate services to HUD, the GSA, FDIC, the U.S. Army and the State of Maine. Prior to forming Questor, Ms. Lewis was a Marketing Manager for Fleet Financial's RECOLL division. She received her B.A. from Duke University. |

Mr. Bloom joined Hudson in June 2006 as Director and General Counsel, supervising Hudson's legal functions and ensuring that all transactions are structured and closed properly with appropriate attention to business objectives. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Bloom practiced at Sidley Austin LLP, where he represented private equity funds, REITs, developers and lenders on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and loan originations. While at Sidley, Mr. Bloom was also seconded to the Real Estate Finance & Securitization Group at Credit Suisse. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Albany. |

Mr. Griffin joined Hudson in July 2007 as Senior Underwriter, specializing in the analysis and financial modeling of complex, multi-tiered investments. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant at Questor, a predecessor company to Hudson, and prior to that a Manager of Tax Credit Investments with Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). Mr. Griffin has underwritten and performed due diligence on approximately $2.7 billion in debt and equity investments. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Columbia Union College and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. |

Ms. Mutterperl joined Hudson Realty Capital in August 2008. As a Director, Ms. Mutterperl is responsible for asset management. Previously, she worked at TriLyn, LLC where she was responsible for originating, underwriting and servicing mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments. Ms. Mutterperl’s other experience includes managing portfolios for Investcorp International, Inc., PaineWebber and Co.’s proprietary real estate fund, and for Clarion Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Mutterperl has underwritten, structured and managed assets in excess of $600 million. Ms. Mutterperl received her M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business and her B.S. in from Cornell University. |

Ms. Suther joined Hudson in July 2007, establishing an office for the firm in Miami, Florida, where she sources, underwrites and conducts due diligence on debt and equity investments, focusing on transactions in the Southeastern United States. As a Senior Portfolio Manager for Midland Loan Services, Ms. Suther headed the firm's due diligence department and managed non-performing assets. Prior to that, she was a Senior Investment Analyst at Principal Commerce Acceptance. Ms. Suther received her B.A. Cum Laude from Jamestown College. |

Mr. Etzel joined Hudson in July 2007 as an Asset Manager, overseeing the execution of business plans by Hudson's equity investment partners and monitoring the performance of debt assets. Previously, he was a Vice President at Questor, a predecessor company to Hudson, where he worked exclusively on the asset management of Hudson investments. Prior to that, as a commercial loan officer with Fleet Bank of Maine, he managed and oversaw the disposition of non-performing loans. He received his B.A. from Colby College and is a licensed real estate broker. |

Mr. Freitas joined Hudson at its formation in March 2003. As a Vice President, he is responsible for determining viability and profitability of equity and debt investments through underwriting and due diligence. Mr. Freitas has also been actively involved in complex negotiations for financing multi-phase development assets as well as monitoring the achievement of equity partnership goals and ensuring optimum asset performance. Prior to Hudson, Mr. Freitas was an Analyst at SWH Funding Corp., where he assisted in the structuring, funding and closing of all SWH loans. Mr. Freitas received his B.S. from Marist College. |

Mr. Goldenberg joined Hudson at its formation in March 2003 as a Vice President responsible for providing support in deal execution, developing new relationships to aid in deal origination, and asset management. Prior to Hudson, Mr. Goldenberg worked as an Associate with Centennial Ventures and as an investment banking analyst at CSFB. He received his M.B.A. from Cornell University, where he was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow and graduated with distinction, and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. |

Mr. Hall joined Hudson Realty Capital in December 20007 as a Vice President providing financial reporting, project accounting and support of external auditors. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Hall was Controller for Seligson Properties, a private real estate development company. Past experience includes working for various divisions of the J.E. Robert Companies gaining experience in a wide range of real estate investment structures and real estate services, including off-shore investments. He received his MBA in Accounting from the University of New Haven and his B.S. from Southern Connecticut State University. |

Mr. Mavros joined Hudson at its formation in March 2003 as Vice President and Controller, bringing 13 years of experience in servicing non-institutional, non-conforming high-yield loans. He also serves as Hudson's Director of Management Information Systems. Prior, Mr. Mavros worked as Controller and Network Administrator for SWH Funding Corp. He began his career with Gary Galsworth Heating and Cooling Co. as an Accounting Manager. Mr. Mavros received his M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his B.S. from Saint Peter's College. |

Ms. Miller joined Hudson Realty Capital in April 2008 as a Vice President , providing asset management services and ensuring that investment goals are met for debt and equity investments. Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Miller worked as an independent consultant performing analysis and due diligence on acquisitions. Past experience includes establishing an asset management division for Hewitt Olsen which managed and disposed of distressed real estate under a contract with the Resolution Trust Corporation. She received her B.A. from Wittenberg University. |

Mr. Montgomery joined Hudson in July 2007 as an underwriter for debt and equity investments in a wide range of property types and markets. He has over 15 years of real estate experience, ranging from management and disposition of distressed assets to property repositioning and redevelopment. Mr. Montgomery previously served as a Senior Vice President of NW Financial, working with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on its Mark-to-Market program. He received his B.A. from Millersville University. |

Ms. Pyne joined Hudson in July 2007 as an Asset Manager, overseeing Hudson's debt and equity interests in properties valued at over $150 million. She also works with Hudson's Investor Relations team to produce quarterly reports and other investor communications. At Questor, one of Hudson's predecessor companies, Ms. Pyne underwrote debt and equity investments for Hudson totaling over $100 million. Prior to Questor, she worked for AEW Capital Management in a variety of roles, including asset management and disposition for institutional and U.S. Government clients. Ms. Pyne received her B.A. from Skidmore College. |

Ms. Rossignol joined Hudson in February 2004 as a Vice President, providing asset management services and ensuring that investment goals are met. Previously, she served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Compaq Financial Services, where she structured, negotiated and underwrote multi-million dollar lease and debt transactions. Prior to Compaq, Ms. Rossignol worked at Credit Lyonnais Bank in several capacities, including Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Finance. She received her B.B.A. from The College of William & Mary. |

Mr. Kantar joined Hudson in October 2003, initially as a Project Manager responsible for identifying potential acquisitions and managing the development of Hudson-owned properties. He currently serves as an Asset Manager, ensuring the completion of equity partnership goals, including investment goals and optimum asset performance. Mr. Parker joined Hudson in May 2006 as an Associate responsible for the origination of high-yield debt and equity transactions, as well as identifying emerging markets not currently served by Hudson. Previously, Mr. Parker worked at Bear Stearns and Emigrant Savings Bank. He received his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and his B.S. from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. |

Ms. Arcila joined Hudson Realty Capital in June 2006. As an Accountant, Ms. Arcila is responsible for bookkeeping and generating financial statements for Hudson Realty Capital’s operating entities. Ms. Arcila has 11 years experience in financial accounting. Prior to joining Hudson Realty Capital, Ms. Arcila worked as the Assistant Controller for Rush Properties, where she oversaw accounts payable and receivable. Prior to that, Ms. Arcila was the full charge bookkeeper for MADRE, Inc. where she was responsible for all financial reporting. Ms. Arcila received her A.A.S. in accounting from La Guardia Community College, and expects to receive her B.S. in accounting from Queens College in 2008. |

Ms. Flanagan joined Hudson Realty Capital in August 2008. Previously, she worked as a Legal Assistant at Sidley Austin LLP, where she assisted in the representation of real estate private equity funds, REITs, developers and lenders. Ms. Kenny also served as a Legal Assistant at Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, LLP, and prior to that as a Legislative Intern for both Senators Charles Schumer and Jean Carnahan. She received her B.A. in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University. |

Ms. Lee joined Hudson in September 2006, responsible for administering communication with Hudson investors, including the publication of quarterly reports, financial statements and annual investor conference materials. She also works closely with Hudson's Principals and Chief Financial Officer to prepare presentations for potential investors. Previously, Ms. Lee was an advertising assistant at Harris Publications. She received her B. A. from New York University, with a major in journalism and minor in business. |

Mr. Marothia joined Hudson Realty Capital in August 2008. As an Analyst, Mr. Marothia is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting and execution of new debt and equity transactions. Additionally, Mr. Marothia monitors the equity partnership goals ensuring optimum asset performance and disposition of existing assets. Prior to joining Hudson Realty Capital, Mr. Marothia worked as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse where he gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing. Mr. Marothia received a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College with a major in Business (Finance/Accounting) and a minor in Economics. |

Ms. Terekhova joined Hudson Realty Capital in August 2008. As an REO accountant, Ms. Terekhova is responsible for reconciling financial statements for Hudson Realty Capital’s operating entities. Ms. Terekhova has 6 years experience in financial reporting. Prior to joining Hudson Realty Capital, Ms. Terekhova worked as the SEC Senior Accountant for Assurant Inc., where she was responsible for the preparation of various financial statements and participated in annual audits and quarterly reviews. Ms. Terekhova previously worked as an accountant for LVMH Moet Hennessy Fashion Group where she was responsible for preparing and generating the financial statements. Ms. Terekhova received her B.B.A. in accounting from Bernard Baruch College. She is currently pursuing her CPA license. |

Ms. Roma joined Hudson in July 2007 as part of Hudson's acquisition of Questor. As Operations Manager for both companies, Ms. Roma is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including hiring, benefits administration, and personnel policies and procedures. She also participates in the strategic planning of the company's structure and growth. Prior to Questor, Ms. Roma served as an underwriter for a residential mortgage firm, as well as a lead administrator for a local real estate developer. She attended the University of Southern Maine. |
